I graduated from Christian Medical College, Vellore in 1991 and hold a Post Graduate diploma in Preventive and Promotive Health Care. I have worked in prestigious hospitals like Escorts Heart Hospital, All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) and Sitaram Bhartiya Hospital.

I run a Multi speciality clinic handling Orthopaedics, Geriatrics and Gynaecological cases besides Ergonomic Evaluations and prescribed Fitness programs.

I have been a consultant for Talwalkers Gym and Team Tennis Academy where my key role was prevention and management of sports injuries. I have been conducting Injury prevention talks and camps to assess injuries of climbers at Climb Central, Delhi. Individual Ergonomic assessments, fitness camps for corporates, foot and running analysis for young cricketers at training academies is part of the work that I do.
